A Little About Me, What I Do & How I Do It....

So where do I begin?  I don't want to bore you to death with the "Saga of Michelle", but I do think you need to know who I am in order for you to decide whether I am the right psychic for you.

My primary Divine communication skill is claircognizance, which is "clear knowing", followed by clairvoyance which is "clear seeing", and lastly clairaudience which is "clear hearing".

So what does all this mean in human terms?  When I receive psychic information, it first comes as a knowing, kind of like when you access a memory.  When you think of something that happened in the past, you are accessing something you know already.  When I tune into your energy, I am accessing your past, present and future experiences.  In order for me to access someone else's experiences, I need to tune into "Source" where everything - past, present, future - is stored. (aka "The Big Giant Energetic Computer Hard Drive")  There is no linear time in Spirit like there is while we are in human form.  Everything exists all at once.  It's like a big giant memory bank that stores EVERYTHING. (I'm sure there is a much more detailed and complicated explanation available, but this is the simplest way I know.)

This "clear knowing" is often supplemented with images via my third eye or "mind screen".  It's the same "screen" in your mind that you use to visualize your memories.  I also often receive words that I can hear.  I don't actually hear them with my physical ears, but I hear them in my mind.  It's similar to hearing your own inner voice, which is more commonly known as your nagging conscience.

Now here's the tricky part.  Even though psychics can access all that was, is, and will be - it can change.  You see, there is this pesky thing called "free will" where you can actually change your future.  Scary, huh?  When you receive a psychic reading, you have the power to change what you were told will occur.  It is not set in stone.  The psychic is simply seeing what will occur if you were to do nothing different and continued as you were doing.  This is often why some things a psychic may predict, never happen.  Ok, and I admit, we can be wrong occasionally - it's not rocket science!  In fact, the average accuracy rate for psychics is around 70%.  This is often due to misinterpretation of the messages.  Many messages come through as metaphors and symbolic words, thoughts and images.  It's the psychic's job to interpret it - so don't forget, we're humans too and make mistakes like everyone else!

So now you're thinking, what about destiny, fate, etc?  If you believe in destiny, than you're still in luck.  Even though we have the power to change our futures, there are still some things that are set before we arrive.  Before we incarnate, we choose certain goals to achieve in this life.  But, there are infinite paths you could choose to achieve these goals.  So if we miss an opportunity, then the Universe will arrange itself to bring another experience into your life to allow you to fulfill your goal.  This will happen over and over again, until you finally reach your goal.  It may even continue into another lifetime if you don't reach a particular goal in this life.  So fear not, you will learn and experience all that you need to.

Now you know what I do and how I do it.  Now it's time to tell you how I came to know about and use all these nifty skills.  I was actually psychic all my life and didn't have a clue! (no, I'm not blonde)  I lived through all my childhood and most of my twenties thinking that everyone else got detailed first impressions like I did.  I didn't find out I was psychic until I was 27 years old.  I went to a psychic who told me my third eye was wide open and I was very psychic.  Being the very practical, logical kinda gal I am, I left that reading thinking that girl just fell from a nut tree.

So here's where destiny or fate came into play.  Obviously one of my life goals that was decided before I incarnated was to become a psychic, so the Universe stepped up and gave me a shove in the right direction.  That psychic I saw also recommended I take a Reiki class to help block some of the unwanted psychic stuff I was picking up constantly.  Of course I was game to prevent any of these abilities from taking form.  She gave me the name of lady who taught Reiki and I called her after the initial shock of the reading wore off.

I did a little research on Reiki before I called her and it didn't sound overly weird so I went to the class with the impression that I would learn some practical healing techniques.  At the end of the class, each person was taken down the hall to a room for "initiation".  A little weird I thought, but I went down the hall to take my turn.  I was extremely agitated and nervous as I sat in the chair and I couldn't figure out why.  Turns out I was picking up on what was to happen next.  This woman confirmed what the first psychic had told me.  I was very psychic.

By the time I left that class, I was feeling like a truck hit me.  I had a splitting headache and my body ached in every place imaginable.  After a couple of days of feeling like I could die at any moment, I contacted the Reiki lady to ask what the hell she did to me.  She told me I was fine and what I was experiencing was normal.  Normal?  What normal scale was she using?  She then explained in down-to-earth terms what happens to someone's energy after Reiki initiation.  It was logical enough for me, so I believed her.  By talking to me in logical, scientific reasoning I could understand, she allowed my guard to come down.  That's when, to my surprise, I asked her what she meant exactly by me being the "P" word.

And the rest is history.  Pamela Nadeau became my mentor and best friend.  She encouraged and urged me on and never gave up on me - even though I fought it the entire time.  As the old saying goes, "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear".  Boy, did the Universe send me an awesome teacher!  She is the most patient, nurturing and understanding person I have ever known.  She is the image of enlightenment.  But, it's no wonder we ended up together - it takes a very patient person to deal with such a stubborn, pig-headed, "ya-but" person like me!

This story wouldn't be complete without mentioning another special teacher who came into my life at just the right time.  She is equally as wonderful as the first and wise beyond her years.  After about a year of stumbling around, trying to understand all that is psychic, I received an email that mentioned a meditation class that was being offered in my area.  It was beyond my logic, but for some reason I was thrilled and immediately signed up.  Again the Universe was lining things up for me.  I attended her classes religiously for a few months, still not knowing why I was so eager to attend.  After all, meditation was for those "New Agers", not a practical person like me.  In hindsight, I realize I went through remarkable changes and healings during those guided meditations that helped me remove major blockages that were hindering my psychic skills. 

I also learned another very important thing during these meditations - how to tune in psychically.  Without knowing it at the time, I was learning how to quiet the mind chatter in order to create a clear Divine connection for messages to flow.  Donna Somerville was the lady who taught me the art of meditation and for that, I am forever grateful to her.  I was spinning in circles when I met her and she set me straight and pointed me in the right direction.

So there you have it - the saga of Michelle.  I hope you're not nodding off by now.  I tried to make it as short and as interesting as possible.  By now you should have a good feel for what I do and what I'm about.  I encourage you to use your intuition to decide if I'm the right person to read for you.  As I like to say, "If it feels good, do it!"
